The UMBC volleyball team plays host to its final two home matches of the season this weekend, facing Albany Friday at 7 p.m. before playing Binghamton on Saturday at 6 p.m. Saturday night at the RAC is Senior Night, as the Retrievers’ four seniors, Kira Giles, Pam Jarrett, Ashley Oscars and Helen Smith will be honored before the match.

BALTIMORE—The UMBC volleyball team will kick-off the 2008 season at the William and Mary Invitational from August 29-30, head coach Ian Blanchard announced today.
2007 UMBC Women's Volleyball Prospectus Now Available
BALTIMORE--The UMBC women's volleyball team will return 11 letterwinners and add five newcomers to make up the 16-player team in 2007. Head coach Ian Blanchard will enter his third season at the helm of the women's team, while former University of California, San Diego standout Brianna Koche will assume assistant coaching responsibilities.
10/22/2009 MASN To Televise Four Men's Basketball Games During 2009-10 Campaign The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) will televise four UMBC men’s basketball games during the 2009-10 season. The Retrievers’ broadcast partner will air two games against local rivals from the RAC Arena early in the season. On Wednesday, Nov. 18, UMBC hosts Loyola, and the following Tuesday, Nov. 24, the Retrievers entertain Coppin State. MASN will also air a pair of games as part of the America East Conference’s television package. Those contests are at Stony Brook on Monday, Jan. 18 and at Hartford on Thursday, Feb. 11.
