BOSTON—The UMBC women’s soccer team (2-14-1, 1-7-0 AE) dropped a 5-0 decision to America East regular-season champion Boston University (12-5-2, 7-1-0 AE) Sunday afternoon in the season finale at Nickerson Field.

VESTAL, N.Y.—The UMBC women’s soccer team (2-12-1, 1-5-0 AE) fell to America East rival Binghamton (7-6-1, 4-2-0 AE) by a score of 2-0 Sunday afternoon at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

BALTIMORE—Albany forward Ashley Tirabassi scored early in the 18th minute to lead the Great Danes (7-7-1, 2-2-1 AE) to a 1-0 victory over UMBC (2-11-1, 1-4-0 AE) Thursday afternoon in America East women’s soccer action at a rainy UMBC Stadium.

BALTIMORE–Coming off a big win over America East rival Hartford on Sunday, the UMBC women’s soccer team (2-10-1, 1-3-0 AE) continues its conference schedule this week with two matches. The Retrievers will host Albany (6-7-1, 1-2-1 AE) on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at UMBC Stadium. Following the match against the Great Danes, the Retrievers will travel to Binghamton (6-5-1, 3-2-0 AE) on 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon kickoff. Due to persistent rain in the forecast, Thursday's game against Albany has been moved to UMBC Stadium.

BALTIMORE—UMBC freshman forward Rachel McKee scored her first career goal and sophomore goalkeeper Mo Van Vlerah recorded her first career shutout, as the UMBC women’s soccer team (2-10-1, 1-3-0 AE) picked up its first America East Conference victory of the season, defeating Hartford (4-8-2, 0-3-1 AE) by a score of 1-0 Sunday afternoon at UMBC Soccer Stadium.

STONY BROOK, N.Y.—The UMBC women’s soccer team (1-10-1, 0-3-0 AE) fell to America East rival Stony Brook (4-7-2, 3-0-1 AE) by a score of 5-0 Thursday evening at the Seawolves’ LaValle Stadium.

BALTIMORE—The UMBC women’s soccer team (1-9-1, 0-2-0 AE) continues its America East slate with a pair of conference games this week. The Retrievers travel to Stony Brook (3-7-2, 2-0-1 AE) on Thursday for a 7 p.m. kickoff, then return home to host Hartford (4-6-2, 0-1-1 AE) Sunday at 1 p.m. at UMBC Soccer Stadium.
