The sold out crowd of 19,477 and a national televised audience witnessed the scrappy and beloved Retrievers (24-9) pester the Hoyas (28-5) into 15 turnovers. However, UMBC could not crack the top defense in the nation and scored a season-low 47 points in the defeat.
