Biography
Tony Martinez was named athletic events manager in September 2012.
Martinez is the supervisor for UMBC’s home event staff and manages home athletic contests. He also serves as the contact for visiting athletic teams.
Martinez was an assistant intramural coordinator at UMBC in 2011. He assisted in organizing and supervising intramural events and he managed and maintained intramural equipment for the department.
Martinez earned a bachelor's degree in history, with a minor in political science at UMBC in 2012.
