Biography

Kathy Zerrlaut has enjoyed a wonderful tenure at UMBC. She arrived in 1974, and coached over 850 games in 24 years in the sports of lacrosse and volleyball. For more than a decade, she has served as UMBC's Senior Women's Administrator and its Compliance Officer. She has recently receive a pair of prestigious appointments--to the NCAA Management Council and to the chair of the 2004 NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Championships Committee. She will oversee the Student Support Service program and handle day-to-day operations of several women's varsity teams.
