UMBC goalie Isabella Fontana is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after she was named the America East Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week. The senior made a season-high 14 saves in UMBC's 11-7 victory at Vermont on Saturday afternoon. Fontana, who takes home her second career honor, leads the America East Conference with a 9.64 goals against average and is second in saves percentage (.428).
