2016 Outdoor: Ran in just the 5,000m for the Retrievers, posting a season best time of 19:58.91 at the Mason Spring Invitational.

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in the 5,000m during the indoor season, with her best finish coming at the Terrapin Invitational with a time of 20:25.74.

2015 Outdoor: Competed for the Retrievers in the 5,000m run during the outdoor season... Ran her best time of the spring at the Mason Spring Invitational... Finished with a time of 17:59.05 in the event. 

2014-15 Indoor: Did not compete.

2014 Outdoor: Ran in the 5,000m race twice during the spring season, posting top time of 18:42.44 at the Mason Spring Invitational… Also competed in the event at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Competed primarily in the 3,000m run for the Retrievers, winning the event at her first-ever collegiate meet, the Bison Opener at Bucknell… Bested the field with a time of 10:58.37 and then trimmed her season-best time down to 10:57.90 at the Patriot Games at George Mason… Also ran in the one mile event during the winter. 

Background: Led Reservoir to the county, regional and state cross country titles as a senior in 2012… Selected to the All-County First Team by The Howard County Times and the All-Metro First Team by The Baltimore Sun in 2012... Won the 2012 Southern Bulldog Invitational in a course-record time of 19:35… Second Team All-County selection by The Howard County Times in 2011… Holds the Reservoir High records for the 5k, three-mile, 1600 (outdoor), and 3200m (indoor and outdoor)… Also a part of the 4x800, 4000m distance medley and 4x16000m relay teams which own school records… 2013 3A East Region champion in the 1600m.

Personal: Daughter of Ken and Linda Alms… Her mother ran track at UMBC… Has one sister, Christina… Plans to study biology with the ambition to enter the sports medicine field… Born May 18, 1995.
