2015 Outdoor: Competed in a pair of field events and the heptathlon for the Retrievers in the 2015 outdoor season... Set the school record for points in the heptathlon with 4,556 at the Morgan State Legacy meet... Set team bests in the triple jump and javelin throw this season... Threw a season best of 43.58m (143'0") in the javelin at the iconic Penn Relays... Had her best jump of 11.56m (37'11.25") in the triple jump at the 2015 America East Outdoor Championships, helping the team to a second place finish. 

2014-15 Indoor: Set UMBC school records in the triple jump and pentathlon this year, both at the America East Championships... She recorded a jump of 11.54m (37'10.5") to take the record, placing her ninth at the championships... Scored 3,364 points in the pentathlon, earning fourth place and the school record... Also ran the 800m and 60m hurdles during the indoor season... Ran a season best time of 2:38.05 at the Penn State National Invite and a time of 9.56 in the 60m hurdles at the America East Championships... Participated in high jump, long jump and shot put in field events this winter... Recorded her best jump in the high jump at the Terrapin Invitational at 1.71m (5'7.25")... Her jump of 5.12m (16'9.75") at the America East Championships was her best of the year... Recorded a throw of 11.21m in the shot put at the championships.

2014 Outdoor: Claimed the UMBC program record for both the high jump and javelin competitions during the spring season… Won a bronze medal in the javelin event at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Vermont… Broke the school mark for the javelin at the first meet of the season, the FSU Relays, with a toss of 41.92m (137’6”)… Bested her record at the prestigious Penn Relays in Philadelphia with a throw of 43.92m (144’1”), placing fourth in the competition… After clearing 1.68m (5’6”) at the FSU meet to grab the second spot in the record book, she cleared 1.72m (5’7.75”) at the ECAC Championships at Princeton to take hold of the record… Also competed in the long jump during the season… Named the America East Female Field Athlete of the Week twice during the season… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Broke the school record in both the high jump and pentathlon during the winter season…  Won a gold medal in the high jump at the 2014 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships… After snapping the program mark in the high jump with a leap of 1.71m (5’7.25”) at the Terrapin Invitational, she reset it again by clearing 1.74m (5’8.5”) at the conference meet en route to winning the event in New York… Claimed the pentathlon record by scoring 3,277 points at the Penn State Nationals… Upped her mark to 3,324 points while finishing sixth at the America East meet.

2013 Outdoor: Won the javelin event at the Big Dawg Invitational while competing unattached... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2012-13 Indoor: Competed for the Retrievers in the high jump and the triple jump at the Bison Opener at Bucknell.

Background: Competed for two years at America East rival Hartford in both indoor and outdoor track and field... Won a silver medal in the high jump at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships by clearing 1.66m (5-5.25)... Placed seventh overall in the high jump (1.58m, 5-2.25) at the indoor championships.
