2012 Outdoor: Won the shot put competition for the third consecutive year at the conference championship meet with a career-best toss of 14.81m (48'7.25), the second-longest distance in school history... Also won a silver medal in the discus with a personal-best throw of 41.86m (137'4.0")... Placed tenth in the hammer throw competition with a toss of 42.00m (137'9.0")... Finished 29th in the shot put at the NCAA East Preliminaries... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2011-12 Indoor: Swept the throwing events at the America East Indoor Championships... Won the shot put at the conference championships for the third straight year... Recorded the conference's longest toss in the event, 14.98m (49'1.75"), while claiming top honors at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Won the weight throw competition with a career-best throw of 16.83m (55'2.75")... The distance was the longest in the donference during the season and ranks second all-time at UMBC.

2011 Outdoor: America East shot put champion... Earned a silver medal in the discus throw, 41.63m (136'7"), at the America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Recorded new personal-best performances in the hammer throw, 41.03m (134'7"), and the javelin, 24.74m (81'2").

2010-11 Indoor: America East shot put champion... Earned silver at the conference meet in the weight throw... Finished seventh in the shot put at the Penn State Invitational with personal-best distance of 14.45m (47'5.00")… Earned a first overall finish in the weight throw with a distance of 16.50m (54'1") at the Bison Opener.

2009-10 Indoor: Won gold in the shot put (13.75m) and bronze in the weight throw (15.14m) at the America East Championships… Placed sixth in the shot put with a throw of 14.01m (45'11.75") at the ECAC Championships… Set a UMBC season-best mark in the shot put of 14.08m (46'2.50") at the New York Armory… Won the shot put at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games… Named team’s Most Valuable Athlete at UMBC’s varsity awards ceremony in May.
