2011 Outdoor: America East shot put champion... Earned a silver medal in the discus throw, 41.63m, at the America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Recorded new personal best performances in the hammer throw, 41.03m, and the javelin, 24.74m...Returns as the Retrievers top performer in the discus throw, weight throw, hammer throw, javelin, and shot put.

2010-11 Indoor: America East shot put champion... Earned silver at the conference meet in the weight throw... Finished seventh in the shot put at the Penn State Invitational with personal best distance of 14.45m… Earned a first overall finish in the weight throw with a distance of 16.50m at the Bison Opener.

2009-10 Indoor: Won gold in the shot put (13.75m) and bronze in the weight throw (15.14m) at the America East Championships… Placed sixth in the shot put with a throw of 14.01m at the ECAC Championships… Set a UMBC season-best mark in the shot put of 14.08m at the New York Armory… Won the shot put at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games… Named team’s Most Valuable Athlete at UMBC’s varsity awards ceremony in May.
