2013: Named the America East Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Scored three times for the Retrievers during his junior year, leading the team and the entire field across the line at the America East Pre-Conference Meet at Binghamton on Sept. 7… Won the season-opening meet in Vestal, N.Y. with a time of 25:33.1, the second-fastest time in course history at the time of the meet… Also scored at the Navy Invitational and the Paul Short Run at Lehigh… Recorded a season-best 8k time of 25:11.81 while scoring at the Navy meet in Annapolis, Md. … Named to the America East All-Academic Team… Listed on the America East Honor Roll.

2012: Scored in four of the six races in which he competed, leading the Retrievers across the line for the first time in his career at the Mason Invitational on Sept. 29… Finished 18th overall at Outlands Plantation with a 8K time of 26:26.90… Set a career-best at that distance two weeks later, finishing the Princeton Invitational in 25:02.55, the 10th-fastest time in school history… Took 16th overall at the America East Championships, helping UMBC finish third in the team standings, the program’s best finish since 2005… Selected to the America East All-Academic Team… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
