2019 Indoor: Ran in three sprint events for the Retrievers… Had a season-best time of 6.90 in the 60m at NYC Gotham Cup… Also ran a season-best 21.65 in the 200m at the same meet… Opened the season at the Fastrack Season Opener with a time of 49.96 in the 400m.

2019 Outdoor:
Did not compete.

2018 Indoor: Competed in sprint events for the Retrievers during the winter… Started the season with a career best in the 300m dash at the Bucknell Tri-Meet with a time of 34.48… Set a career best in the 60m and a season best in the 200m dash at the Great Dane Classic with times of 6.87 and 21.88 respectively.

2018 Outdoor: Ran in a trio of sprint events for the Retrievers… Had a season best time in the 400m dash at the Sam Howell Invite with a time of 49.80 before turning in a career best in the 200m dash at the George Mason Spring Invite… He crossed the tape in a time of 21.43, shaving .12 second off his previous best mark… Ended the season with a season best in the 100m at the America East Championships finals with a time of 10.62.

2016-17 Indoor: Ran primarily in the 200m and 60m… Ran career best times at the America East Championships… Ran a 21.55 in the 200m and a 6.89 in the 60m… Competed in both events at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in three sprints events… Had a season best day at the America East Championships, setting marks in the 200m (21.66), 100m (10.6, and 4 x 100m relay (41.36)… Ran in all three events in the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships.

Background: Was the 2015 National Champion in the 4x200m relay during his time at Charles H. Flowers…  Earned All-American status in 2015 in both the 4x100m and 4x200m relays… Is a five-time Maryland State Champion in various events.

Personal: Son of Michael and Paulette Woodson… Has two siblings, Terrence and Mikayla… Plans on majoring in information systems… Lists favorite pro team as the Washington Redskins and favorite food as chicken fingers.
