2018 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3,000m runs during the indoor season… Posted a career best time of 4:22.57 at the NYC Gotham Cup, following up with another career best, this time in the 3,000m at the Penn State Tune-Up in a time of 8:32.78.

2018 Outdoor: Ran mainly in the 5,000m and 3,000m steeplechase during the spring… Saved his best for last, post a pair of career bests at the America East Championships… Posted times of 14:58.08 in the 5,000m and 9:06.42 in the steeple.

2016-17 Indoor: Ran in three distance events during the indoor season… Set a career best 4:23.3 in the mile run at the PSU Tune-Up… Ran a 8:38.5 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup in the 3000m to set a career best.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in the 5000m and 3000m steeplechase… Set a career and team best mark in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:34.1 at the 2017 Larry Ellis Invitational.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase during the spring with a season best finish at the America East Championships in a time of 9:40.04.

2015-16 Indoor: Ran in two distance events for the Retrievers... Competed in the mile run with his season best coming at the Penn State Relays in a time of 4:33.78... Ran at the Terrapin Invitational in the 3,000m, crossing the tape in 8:59.95.

Background: Competed in both cross country and track and field at Wootton High School… Produced his best performance at the 2014 Track n Trail Invitational, where he finished third despite being injured… Helped his team place third at the Maryland State Championships his junior season… Also qualified for states in both indoor and outdoor track and field this past year.
