2016-17 Indoor: Ran in multiple events during the indoor season… Set his career mark and a team best in the 3000m with a mark of 08:28.8 at the America East Championships… Ran a 4:18.1 at the PSU Tune-Up to set a career mark in the mile.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m and 5000m… Set the team best mark for the 1500m, running a 3:56.8 at the Bison Outdoor Classic… Ran a 14:39.4 at the America East Championships to set a team best for the season… Ran in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 14:50.5.

2016 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in two distance events for the Retrievers in the mile and 3,000m runs... Ran a 4:21.34 in the mile at the Great Dane Classic, while earning his best finish in the 3,000m at the Penn State National Invite with a time of 8:42.79.

Background: Competed in cross country and track and field while at Century High School… In cross country, he earned Carroll County Times First Team All-County honors his senior season, including Baltimore Sun Athlete of the Week … On the track, he helped lead the Knights to the Maryland 2A State Championship this past outdoor season… An individual champion in the 3200m, 1,600m, and 4x800m relay… Earned First Team All-Carroll County accolades three times, and Baltimore SunFirst Team All-Metro honors … Earned the distinction of Athlete of the Year by the Carroll County Times in outdoor track and field.
