2016 Outdoor: Competed in the 200m dash during the outdoor season, setting a season and career best at the America East Championships with a time of 21.50.

2015-16 Indoor: Ran in two sprint events during the winter for the Retrievers... Set a season best in the 200m at the Fastrack National Invite with a time of 22.43... Ran in the 400m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge, setting a career best time of 51.08. 

2015 Outdoor: Competed in sprint events for the Retrievers in the spring season... Started off the year with his best time of the season in the 100m at the Big Dawg Invitational... At the home meet, he crossed the finish line in a time of 11.57... At the America East Championships, he finished the prelims with a season best time of 22.38 in the 200m dash.

2014-15 Indoor: Ran in sprint events for the Retrievers during his first season in Baltimore... Opened the season with his best time of the year in the 400m dash, finishing the event in a time of 50.93... Also competing in the 200m dash, he ran a season best time of 22.29 at the Terrapin Invitational. 

Background: Was named indoor and outdoor team MVP his junior and senior seasons at La Plata High School… Was selected as an All-Conference Athlete for both indoor and outdoor track in the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference (SMAC)… Competed in the Maryland State Championships in the 4x400 and 4x800m relays his senior year… Also competed in soccer in high school… A member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and National Society of High School Scholars at La Plata.
