2016 Outdoor: Ran in two events during the spring season... Finished the 1,500m at the Mason Spring Invitational in a time of 4:07.07... Ran a season best at the Larry Ellis Invite in the 5,000m in a time of 14:53.71.

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in three distance events for the Retrievers including the mile, 3,000m and 5,000m runs... Had his best finish in the mile at the Penn State Relays, crossing the tape in 4:27.18... Ran a lifetime best in the 3,000m at the Fastrack National Invite with a time of 8:33.01, a full seven seconds faster than his previous best... Ran at the America East Championships in the 5,000m for a season best time of 15:14.52.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in a pair of distance events for the Retrievers in the spring... Set a season best in the 800m run at the Big Dawg Invitational with a time of 2:08.33... Also competed in the 5,000m run for the Retrievers, setting a season best time in the event at the Mason Spring Invitational... Crossed the finish line with a time of 14:37.66... Named to the America East All-Academic Team... Named to America East Commissioners' Honor Roll.

2014-15 Indoor: Competed as a distance runner for the Retrievers... Set career best times in the 3,000 and 5,000m this winter... Ran an 8:38.26 in the 3k at the Metro Team Challenege... Set a new career best in the 5k with a time of 14:55.22 at the America East Championships... Finished with a season best time in the mile run with a time of 4:26.58 at the Penn State Relays.

2014 Outdoor: Finished 15th in the 5,000m run at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Vermont… Recorded a top 5k time of 15:03.92 at the Mason Spring Invitational which ranks as the seventh-fastest time in program history… Also ran in the 1,500m event at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, placing eighth with a time of 4:05.16… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Competed in the one mile and 3,000m events during the winter season, placing 16th in the mile at the 2014 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships… Posted a top mile time of 4:23.0 at the Navy Invitational, while his best 3k time of 8:47.10 came at the NYU Team Challenge at The Armory.

Background: Helped lead Hereford to back-to-back-to-back county, regional, and state championships from 2010-2012… Named to the Baltimore County All-County Team each of those three years… Also named to the Baltimore Sun Cross Country All-Metro Team in 2011 and 2012… Won his first individual state championship in his final high school race, the 1,600m at the 2013 Maryland Outdoor State Track and Field Championships.
