2016 Outdoor: Ran in the 800m and 1,500m runs during the spring season... Set a season best time in the 1,500m at the first meet of the season, the Raleigh Relays, with a time of 3:54.45... Ran a 1:55.31 at the Larry Ellis Invite in the 800m, good for a season best. 

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in the 1,000m and mile runs during his first indoor season as a Retriever... Earned a sixth place finish at the America East Championships, setting a season best in the mile at 4:16.14... Finished third at the Penn State National Invite with a time of 2:28.57.

Background: Transferred from Division III Wesley College… Competed in both cross country and track and field at Thomas Wootten High School… Highly decorated as a high school runner… Was a part of the state championship-winning 4x800m relay squad his junior season… Went unbeaten during his senior season, winning gold in the 800m at the county, region and state levels…  Named 2014 Gazette Outdoor Boys’ Track and Field Athlete of the Year… Helped his team to a county championship in 2014 and a second place finish in states… Also competed in soccer, where he was a part of the state championship team in 2012.
