Philadelphia, Pa.—UMBC track and field rounded out the iconic Penn Relays on Saturday, with several men's relays taking to the track.

The quartet of James Oakley, John Oputa, Daryian Miles, and Darrius Oxley had the best finish on Saturday, taking second in the 4x200m IC4A with a time of 1:26.77. Oxley teamed up with Niko Coaxum, Jamal Cody, and Erick Soetje to take third in the 4x400m IC4A race. The team finished the race in a time of 3:15.09.

Oakley, Miles, Oputa and Afees Abolurin placed fourth in the 4x100m IC4A race with a time of 41.54.

In the 4x800m college relay final, Urgay Eado, Nick Johnson, Rami Phillips, and Andrew Kereszetes placed 14th with a time of 7:45.99.

Individually, Vincent Rentzsch took seventh in the javelin competition with a toss of 64.82m (212'7").

The Retrievers will now head to the America East Championships on May 7-8 in Vermont. UMBC will look to upend Albany, the defending champs.
