2014 Outdoor: Won his second career conference gold medal by earning the top spot in the triple jump at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Set a career-best at the conference meet at Vermont with a leap of 14.97m (49’1.5”), a distance which ranks second in the UMBC record book… Earned a spot at the IC4A Championships with his jump of 14.90m (48’10.75”) at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Placed eighth at the IC4A meet at Princeton… Also competed in the high jump during the season, clearing 1.90m (6’2.75”) at the FSU Relays… Finished ninth in the event at the America East meet… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Did not compete for UMBC.

2013 Outdoor: Did not compete in any meets.

2012-13 Indoor: Earned his first career conference gold medal by winning the triple jump at the 2013 America East Indoor Championships… Bested the league field with a career-best leap of 15.01m (49’3.00”) which ranks as the second-best jump in UMBC program history… Also finished ninth in the high jump at the conference meet with a season-best jump of 1.84m (6’0.25”)… Competed at the IC4A Championships in the triple jump, placing 20th.

2012 Outdoor: Won a silver medal in the triple jump at the conference meet by jumping a distance of 14.50m (47' 7")... Set a new personal outdoor standard at the IC4A competition by leaping 14.59m (47' 10.5") which slots at sixth in the school record book.

2011-12 Indoor: Took the silver medal in the triple jump with a distance of 14.37m (47' 1.75") at the America East Championships... Later set a personal-best and moved into third place all-time in UMBC history, at the time, by reaching 14.62m (47' 11.75") at the IC4A meet in Boston... Set season-bests in both the long jump and high jump at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games.

2011 Outdoor: Finished fifth overall (14.39m, 47'2.5") in the triple jump at the America East Outdoor Championships. 

2010-2011 Indoor: Placed fourth overall (14.25m, 46'9") in the triple jump at the NYRR Saturday Night at the Armory.

Background: Earned All-Country honors three times… County champion in the triple jump in 2009… Two-time New York State qualifier in the high jump and triple jump… At St. Francis, earned silver in the triple jump at both the 2010 Northeast Conference Indoor and Outdoor Championships... Is currently St. Francis' school record holder in the triple jump… Won the triple jump at the 2010 Lou Onesty Invitational.
