2009-10 Indoor: Placed ninth in the 1,000-meter run in 2:39.79 at the George Mason Patriot Games… Set career-best times in the 1,000 (2:37.54) at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games and the 1-mile run (4:39.94) at the Gulden Relays… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.


2009 Outdoor: Placed 25th in the 800-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 2:01.96… Ran a season-best time of 4:18.15 in the 1,500-meter run at the Maryland Invitational.

2008-09 Indoor: Placed 13th in the 800-meter run at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 2:00.86.


2008 Cross Country: Finished 41st in the 8K run at the Towson Invitational… Began the season with a 56th-place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals.
