BACKGROUND:

• Two-time First Team All County honoree 

• A member of his high school’s 400 freestyle relay that broke the county record

• Helped the Hawks place second at state championships

• Was a member of the Science National Honor Society as well as an IB scholar and IB Diploma Candidate

PERSONAL:

• Son of Marlene and Will Garcia

• Has one younger sister, Yael

• Is currently studying on a pre-physical therapy track with hopes to become either a physical therapist or a physical trainer

• Is an accomplished piano player who placed second in consecutive competitions
