2011-12: Won a gold medal as a part of the 200 medley relay team at the America East Championships... Also helped the 400 medley team claim second and break the UMBC school record with a time of 3:17.70... Earned an individual silver medal and a bronze medal, respectively, in the 100-yd. (49.22) and 200-yd butterfly (1:50.59) events with season-best times at the conference meet in Boston... Also finished in sixth in the 200 back at the conference meet... His time in the 100 fly ranks fourth all-time in school history... Won one dual meet event during the regular season, the 50 free against Howard.


2010-11: Helped the 200-yard medley relay team claim silver and set a UMBC record at the America East Championships... Also a part of the 200-yard free relay team that won bronze at the conference meet... Placed third in the 200-yard butterfly (1:50.54), fourth in the 100-yard backstroke (50.26), and fifth in the 100-yard butterfly (49.93) at the championships... His 100 back and 200 fly marksboth rank sixth in school history. 


2009-10: Claimed silver in the 200-yard butterfly and placed fourth in the 100 fly and 100-yard backstroke at the America East Championships… Swam season-best times in the 100 back (50.36), 100 fly (49.85) and 200 fly (1:51.09), which rank fifth, eighth and seventh, repectively, on UMBC’s all-time top-10 list… Highest finish during the dual meet season was second in the 100 back, which he achieved twice.


Background: Named an All-American in the 100 fly and 100 back by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association in 2008… Named Richard-Montgomery’s team MVP Award three years in a row… Became Rockville-Montgomery Swim Club’s team record holder in three events in 2009.
