Men's Basketball Announces Broadcast Plans for 2015-16 Campaign

Twenty UMBC men's basketball games will be broadcast and streamed by Q1370/ during the 2015-16 campaign, starting with the season opener at Wake Forest on Friday, Nov. 13. The veteran broadcast duo of Gary Stein and Paul Mittermeier don the headphones once again for the Retrievers' 30th season of NCAA Division I basketball.

All UMBC home basketball games will be streamed live in high definition, free of charge for the 2015-16 season. Log onto to watch all the action! Fans can also access the live video and live stats via UMBC Front Row, Retriever Athletics' mobile app or follow along on Twitter @UMBC_MBB.  

All 144 America East Conference games, plus the league quarterfinals and semifinals will be streamed live, in HD, and also free of charge on the league's digital network,  

In addition, "The Aki Thomas UMBC Basketball Show" returns for the fourth consecutive year.  The show will switch to a podcast-style format and be available each week on Q1370's "Podcasts" and on the men's basketball page and Fan Zone page of The first show will be taped the week of November 9.
