Men's Basketball Ventures to Maine for Saturday Noon Contest

RETRIEVER UPDATE:  The Retrievers fell for the 11th straight time on Wednesday, losing an 80-63 decision to the visiting Binghamton Bearcats. Binghamton scored a season-high in points in the game and snapped a five-game losing streak at the RAC Arena. Sophomore wing Chauncey Gilliam scored in double figures for the fifth straight game, leading the hosts with 18 points. Sophomore guard Chris De La Rosa leads the America East in assists with 4.9 per game and is second in assist-to-turnover ratio at 2.10.

BLACK BEARS UPDATE: The surprising Black Bears have won six straight games and are getting contributions up and down their roster. Sophomore guard Gerald McLemore leads the attack with 14.5 points per game and has hit 64 three-point field goals this season. Maine held Boston U. to 34.5 percent shooting in Wednesday's 56-54 win in Orono.
