The Retrievers and Catamounts will meet in the series finale, with the Catamounts leading the series 2-1, at 1:00 p.m. where UMBC will look for its first series split since 2006.     BALTIMORE--The UMBC baseball team fell in conference play against Vermont on Sunday, 13-5, at The Baseball Factory Field at UMBC. The Retrievers (8-16, 1-3 America East) took the first game of the four-game series on Friday, but the Catamounts (8-10, 3-1 America east) claimed both games of the Saturday doubleheader and the Sunday finale to win the series, 3-1.

    BALTIMORE--The UMBC baseball team dropped both sides of a doubleheader and fell to 1-2 in conference play as it lost, 17-4 in game one and 4-2 in game two against Vermont on Saturday at The Baseball Factory Field at UMBC. The Retrievers (8-15, 1-2 America East) and the Catamounts (7-10, 2-1 America East) will conclude the season series on Friday, when UMBC will look for its first conference series split since tying 2-2 with Albany in 2006.
