2008: Finished in the scoring five for the Retrievers twice in five meets… Completed her career-best 5K time of 22:08 at the Towson Invitational… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2007: Saw action in five meets during the season and started the season off with a, then, career-best 5K time of 23:53.66 at the Mount St. Mary’s Dual 5K’s… She dropped over a minute from her performance at the same meet in 2006 and then dropped another minute off her 5K time as she ran a time of 22:54.80 in the 5008-meter course at the America East Championships… Her best 6K time came at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, where she ran a time of 27:22 in the JV race.

2006: Competed in just one meet during the season for the Retrievers… Turned in a time of 25:16.7 at the Mount St. Mary’s Dual 5K’s, good for 41^st place.

Background: A three-sport athlete at Dover H.S. in Dover, Del…. Named the Senator MVP for cross country in 2005 and to the Henlopen Second-Team All-Conference in 2004 and 2005… Part of the Dover team that won the Henlopen Conference Championship in 2005… Also lettered in track and field… Named to the Henlopen All-Conference team in the 2005 and 2006… Part of the second place 4 x 800-meter relay at the Henlopen Conference Championships… Also lettered in cheerleading… A member of the National Honor Society… Graduated fourth in her class with a 4.0 GPA… Member of the Interact Club and an honor roll student.
