	Class: Jr.         Hometown: Fallston, Md.         High School: Fallston

2006: Scored in half of the meets during the season… Was the third Retriever across the line at the Mount St. Mary’s Dual 5K’s and Lehigh Paul Short Run… Finished 12^th and 177^th with 5K and 6K times of 21:05.3 and 24:01.0, respectively… Her 6K time at the Lehigh was a career and season-best… Best 5K time came at the conference championships, where she finished the course in a time of 20:29.7.

Background:  Comes from Fallston High School where she lettered all-four years on the indoor and outdoor track and field team and four years on the varsity soccer team… Wwon the state and regional indoor track and field title in the 800m run… Placed second in the outdoor 800m in the regionals and was the 400m county champion… Team won the indoor regional and state title in 2005… A member of the student government, Best Buddies program, German National Honor Society and the varsity club.

Personal:  Great Grandfather ran in the Olympics for Scotland… One of three children to Chip and Ellen Saltsman… Siblings names are Jennette and Kyle… Born on February 26, 1987.
