2005:  Competed in two events, running in a 5K and an 8K…placed 49^th in the 5K at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals, running a time of 17:44.88…placed 26^th at the Maryland State College Championships, scoring for the Retrievers with a time of 29:50.00…was the fourth Retriever to cross the line as the Retrievers placed third overall. 

2004:  Took to the course in three meets on the year, competing at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals to open the season, the Maryland Collegiate Meet and the Navy Invitational…at Mount St. Mary’s ran a 17:34.81 6K time to place 37^th…took 33^rd at the Maryland Collegiate Meet in an 8K time of 27:40.00 and placed 60^th at Navy in an 8K mark of 28:36.96.

2003: Competed in three events during his freshman cross country season…ran a 29:26.8 in the opening meet of the year at the Baltimore Metro Invitational held at Oregon Ridge Park, completing the 8K trek for a seventh place finish…went on to run in the 8,000m run the following weekend at the Navy Invitational with a time of 29:40.53…recorded his second top-10 finish of the year at the Mid-Atlantic Classic held at Goucher College with an 8K time of 28:45.00 for ninth place.
