2005:  Came on strong down the stretch for UMBC, moving into one of the top two finishers in the final four meets…ran in all seven varsity meets on the season…earned America East All-Conference honors after placing eighth overall and crossing the line as the second Retriever in the conference meet…recorded a 26:12.30 time in the 8K run as the Retrievers captured the team title…went on to finish as the top Retriever in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet, running a 10K time of 32:45.70 for 98^th overall…placed 21^st at the Lafayette Invitational with a five mile time of 27:24.10…finished 127^th overall at the Lehigh Paul Short run with a time of 25:32.00 on the 8K course…other 8K times included 26:25.00 at the Binghamton Invitational for 21^st and 26:30.75 at the Navy Invitational for 17^th place…opened the season with a fourth place finish in 16:03.14 at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals. 

2004:  Came on strong after not scoring for the Retrievers in the first meet of the year to score as one of the team’s five best finishers in the final six meets of the year…placed fourth in 25:42.00 at the Maryland Collegiate Meet’s 8K race…captured 29^th at the 8K America East Conference Championships with a 26:10.60 time…concluded the Retrievers’ scoring with the team’s fifth best finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, completing the course in a 10K time of 34:18.00…other meets included opening the season at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals in a 6K time of 16:48.72, finishing the 8K run at the Navy Invitational in 26:40.80, crossing the line in 27:11.27 at the 8K Lehigh Paul Short Run and running a 5.2 mile 28:00.00 at the Penn State Open.

2003: Captured a fourth place finish at the Baltimore Metro Invitational as the Retrievers took all five top-five spots for a perfect team score of 15…completed the 8K course in a time of 29:11.9…placed 36th the next week at the Navy Invitational with a time of 28:03.24…the Retrievers top finisher at the Mid-Atlantic Classic finishing the course in 28:17.00 for third overall as the Retrievers placed first in the event…completed the five-mile run at the Lafayette Invitational in 28:23.00…finished 34th in the America East Championships with a time of 27:18.00 over the 8K run…recorded a time of 34:45 in the 10K run at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals.
