2004:  Became an impressive rookie for the Retrievers, earning the team’s most improved athlete award with her continuous progression through out the season…broke the 20 minute mark in the 5K at the America East Conference Championships, placing 61st in 19:51.40, her best 5K time of the year…built up to that performance with 5K times of 21.12.00 at the Maryland Collegiate Meet and 21.18.22 at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals best 6K time came at the Lehigh Paul Short Run in 24:30.63…finished the 6K Penn State Open in 24:39.00…ran a 24:49.00 at the 6K NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals and a 26:11.45 at the 6K Navy Salty Sea Dog Invitational.

Background: Earned two letters in cross country, indoor track and one in outdoor track at North Burlington County Regional High School (NBCRHS)…earned Courier Post South Jersey Group II second team fall all-stars her junior cross country year…named Burlington County Scholastic League (BCSL) second team for cross country as a junior as well…named to the BCSL first team as a senior…holds a personal best of 20:04 in the 5K run…earned honor roll status all four-years and finished ranked fifth in her class scholastically…a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society…named NJSIAA Scholar Athlete as a senior.
