2004:  Earned the team’s Most Improved Athlete after finishing as the Retrievers’ first or second runner in all seven meets on the year…placed 19^th at the America East Conference Championships with an 8K mark of 25:24.30…opened the season with a fourth place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals in a 6K time of 15:51.82…finished as the Retrievers’ top runner at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, taking 88^th in 25:51.47 over the 8K course…ran a 10K 33:34.00 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals…other events include placing 21^st at the 8K Navy Invitational in 26:09.86, placing second at the 8K Maryland Collegiate Open in 25:16.00 and 78^th at the Penn State Open with a  5.2 mile mark of 27:03.00.

2003: Placed second in the opening meet of the year at the Baltimore Metro Invitational with a  time of 28:41.7…his second place finish was coupled with a first place finish by teammate John Commins and three-thru-five place finishes by three other Retrievers as UMBC tallied a perfect score of 15 for first place at the meet…went on to place 29th a the Navy Invitational with a mark of 27:13.80 and 57th at the Great American Cross Country Festival with a time of 29:09.5…Also competed in the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 26:28.90 over the 8K run and 27:14.06 at the Lafayette Invitational 5-mile run…finished the year wit a 25th place showing at the America East Championships in 26:39.00 and finishing as the Retrievers third best competitor (33:48) in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10K run.
