2003: Started off the 2003 season on a high note after leading the Retrievers to a perfect finish at the Baltimore Metro Invitational held at Oregon Ridge Park, coming in first place over the 8K course in as time of 28:34.1 as the Retrievers captured all top-five spots…went on to record a mark of 27:52.49 in the 8,000m run the next weekend at the Navy Invitational…also competed in the Great American Cross Country Festival with a time of 29:53.5 for 65th overall and took fourth place at the Mid-Atlantic Classic in a time of 28:23.00.
2002: Ran a 29:22 at the Metro Invitational to open the season…hit his stride at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with his best 8K time of the year, completing the trek in 27:35…ran almost identical times at the LaSalle Invitational and the Lafayette Invitational, finishing LaSalle in 28:32 and Lafayette in 28:34…ran a 28:53 8K at the NEC Championships and completed the year with a 10K 35:42 at the NCAA Regional Meet.
