Against the Braves, UMBC’s Jocelyn Teoh and Emily Berman each had 12 kills, while Julia Hood tallied seven. Setter Megan Gross posted 35 assists, and libero Christine Skala recorded 23 assists to lead all players. Bradley was led by Lindsay Stalzer, who had a game-high 22 kills.
Against the Bearcats, Teoh recorded 10 kills, hitting double figures in the kills category for the second-straight game for UMBC while Gross dished out 22 assists. Skala had a team high 10 digs to lead the defensive unit that recorded 16 total blocks, six (one solo, five assisted) from middle blocker Jessie Folk.
The Bearcats followed the lead of Julie Dupont with 18 kills and 13 digs for a double-double while the combination of Jenny Custer (20 assists) and Noel Olson (22 assists) combined to for 42 helpers. Rachel Torblaa ended the match with 10 kills as well.
