Background: Named one of Manitoba’s Top 10 volleyball players of 2010 by the Winnipeg Sun… Led her club team to a Canadian National Championship in 2007 and three Manitoba Provincial Championships in 2007, 2008 and 2010… Was the starting setter on the Manitoba Provincial Volleyball Team that won gold at the Western Canadian Elite Championships in 2008… Named the Manitoba High School Athletic Association Graduating All-Star in 2010… Led St. Mary’s Academy to the Manitoba Final Four in 2010… Also played ice hockey and was the goalie on four consecutive Winnipeg Minor Hockey Association Female Ice Hockey Championships from 2003-06… Named on St. Mary’s Honor Roll her junior and senior years.
Personal: Daughter of Elaine and John McIntyre… Has two older sisters, Meaghan, 23, and Kelsey, 20…. Major is undecided, but hopes to become an elementary school teacher… Born Aug. 31, 1992.
