2008: Named 2008 America East Rookie of the Year after winning Rookie of the Week honors a conference-record eight times… Also named to the America East All-Conference Second Team… Played in all 31 matches for the Retrievers, starting 30… Led the team with 319 kills and was second with 317 digs… Earned 11 double-doubles on the year, including a 19-dig, 17-kill effort against Eastern Michigan on Aug. 30, both season highs… Led the team with 44 service aces on the year… Had a string of four straight double-digit kill outings from Oct. 26 to Nov. 7.

High School: A three-time All-State volleyball player for Deep Run High School in Richmond, Va…. Helped the Wildcats to back-to-back state titles in 2006 and 2007 and a runner-up finish in 2005… Named the Virginia Player of the Year, Gatorade Player of the Year for Virginia, DigitalSports.com Girls Volleyball Player of the Year, AVCA All-American and Colonial District Co-Player of the Year in 2007… Holds the Virginia state records for most digs in a season, career, and match… Also played fro the RVC 17 National Club team, which finished third at the 2007 USAV Nationals and was selected to the USAV All-Tournament Team… An honor roll student all four years at Deep Run.
