High School: Lettered for Gaithersburg High School, helping lead her squad to a Maryland state title in 2005…team recorded a 19-0 record en route to the state title, securing the programs first undefeated season in school history…her squad trailed 2-0 in the state semi-final game before she led the charge with a team-high 17-kill performance as the Trojans came back to win in five sets, propelling themselves into the state title game…earned second all-metro honors by The Washington Post…played in the 2005 Junior Nationals in Salt Lake City, Utah…also a swimmer, holding her school’s fastest 50-free, 100-back and 200-medley times in 2005…a three-year honor roll student.
