2009 Outdoor: Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2008 Cross Country: Finished 63rd in the 5K run at the America East Championships… Placed 132nd in the 6K run at the Princeton Invitational… Finished 48th in the 5K run at the Towson Invitational… Placed 112th in the 6K run in 27:50.0 at the Salty Dog Invitational… Began the season with a 49th-place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals in 22:43.47

2006-07 Indoor/Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.

2006 Cross Country: Competed in just one meet during the season for the Retrievers… Turned in a time of 25:16.7 at the Mount St. Mary’s Dual 5K’s, good for 41^st place.

Background: A three-sport athlete at Dover High School in Dover, Del…. Named the Senator MVP for cross country in 2005 and to the Henlopen All-Conference Second Team in 2004 and 2005… Part of the Dover team that won the Henlopen Conference Championship in 2005… Also lettered in track and field… Named to the Henlopen All-Conference team in the 2005 and 2006… Part of the second-place 4x800-meter relay at the Henlopen Conference Championships… Also lettered in cheerleading… A member of the National Honor Society.
