2009 Outdoor: Recorded season-best mark in the pole vault of 2.90m at the Bucknell Team Challenge.
2008-09 Indoor: Placed 10th at the America East Championships in the pole vault with a season-best vault of 3.00m.
Background: Named Athlete of the Week by the Daily Times… Won the Tom Bailey award at James M. Bennett High School in Salisbury, Md.… Also competed in field hockey and gymnastics… Led her team to a second place finish in the 2006 regional indoor championships.
Personal: Youngest child of Mark and Faith Miller... Has two older siblings, Andrew, 25 and Valerie, 22… Came to UMBC because its great academic record… A member of the National Honor Society. Born Feb. 25, 1990.
