2014 Outdoor: Claimed the school record in the 800m run at the Mason Spring Invitational and went on to lower the record three more times during the spring season… Earned a silver medal in the event at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a then top personal and program time of 2:09.99… Trimmed the record further at the ECAC Championships at Princeton by clocking in with a time of 2:09.35 to finish 35th … Also competed in the 1,500m event during the season, recording a top time of 4:34.55 at the Colonial Relays at William and Mary to move up to fourth in the UMBC record book… Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Broke the school record twice in the 800m during the season, including while winning a silver medal at the 2014 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships… Clocked a top program time of 2:12.41 at the conference meet in New York… Snapped the record two weeks later at the ECAC Championships in Boston by crossing the line in a time of 2:11.81… Also broke the program mark for the 1,000m during the season which in turn was beaten by teammate Sarah Daly… Recorded a career-best time of 2:53.23 in the 1,000m event at the Armory Collegiate Invitational, which ranks second in school history, less than a second behind Daly.

2013 Outdoor: After finishing fifth in the prelims, she earned a fourth-place finish in the 800m run at the 2013 America East Outdoor Championships… Trimmed her season-best time down to 2:11.90 during her finals run at the conference meet at Binghamton to move up to second all-time in school history… Also competed in the 400m event during the season for the Retrievers.

2012-13 Indoor: Led off for the distance medley relay team which set a new school record, 12:04.24, at the ECAC Championships… Also ran the opening leg of the distance medley as UMBC earned a bronze medal at the conference meet… Took third in the 800m run with a career-best time of 2:14.69 at the 2013 America East Indoor Championships… Her time ranks third in school history, at the time, and clips her previous best of 2:14.95… Also competed in the 500m during the season, earning a fifth-place finish at the Bison Opener.

2012 Outdoor: Anchored the sprint medley relay to a school-record time of 4:04.37 at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia... Set a personal-best in the 800m run with a time of 2:14.26 at the Larry Ellis Invitational at Princeton to move to fourth all-time in UMBC history... Finished tenth in the 800m event at the America East Outdoor Championships in Maine... Named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2011-12 Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 2:14.95 in the 800m run at the America East Indoor Championships to place fifth at the competition... Her time ranked as the third-fastest in UMBC history... Set a season-best in the 500m run (1:18.40) at the Bison Opener.

2011 Outdoor: Finished 15th overall, 2:27.86, in the 800m run at the Maryland Invitational.

2010-11 Indoor: Won a bronze medal in the 500m run at the 10th Annual Gulden Relays with a time of 1:20.06… Also apart of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth at 10th Annual Gulden Relays.

Background: Placed ninth at the 2009 Maryland State Cross Country Championships and was named to the Baltimore Sun Girls’ Cross Country First Team… Ran sprints during the track and field seasons, placing second in both the 300- and 400-meter dashes at the 2010 Maryland Track and Field Championships… Placed third in the 200-meter dash in 2009 and fifth in the 100-meter in 2008… Honored with the Scholar Athlete Award all four years at South Carroll High School… Named to the All-County First Team three times in both indoor and outdoor track and field… Earned numerous academic accolades including the Senatorial Scholarship, the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award and the U.S. Armay National Scholar-Athlete Award.
