2006-07: 2006-07: Unable to play due to recovery from shoulder surgery.

 

2005-06: Only competed in the Quinnipiac Invitational in the fall, missing the rest of the year due to off-season shoulder surgery. 

 

2004-05: Playing #5 and #6 singles, the native of Poland compiled a singles mark of 8-15.

 

Background: Produced a promising fall in her first semester at UMBC…went 4-5 in singles, including a pair of three-set victories and earned a quarter-final slot in the backdraw of the Maryland Invitational…also competed in gymnastics in her native Poland…considering a major in Psychology and would like to become a sports psychologist…sister Joanna, 23, attends UTEP on a tennis scholarship…daughter of Jolanta and Ryszard Furdyna…born December 23, 1985.
