Background: Named to the all-county, all-region and all-state teams… Named team captain as a senior, when the Cadets were runners-up at the state championship meet… Helped lead her club team to the state and sectional championships… Holds Frederick Area Swim Team records in the 50-free and 200-free relay… Also lettered in track and field for one year at Frederick High School.
Personal: Daughter of Rob and Elizabeth Fox… Father was a captain on the swim team at the University of Maryland… Has a younger sister, Page… Is a sociology major and hopes to become a flight attendant… Born Sept. 16, 1990.
