2008-09: Finished seventh in the 200-yard freestyle, 10th in the 200-yard butterfly and 13th in the 100 free at the America East Championships… Part of the school record-setting 800 free relay team that claimed silver at the conference meet… Placed sixth in the 200 fly, seventh in the 200 free and 10th in the 500 free at the Patriot Invitational… Won the 200 fly against Binghamton… Swam career-best times in the 100 free (53.39), 200 free (1:52.69) and 200 fly (2:06.69) at the America East Championships… Her 200 free time is seventh on the all-time top-10 list at UMBC… Named to the America East Honor Roll.
2007-08: Finished fifth in the 200-yard butterfly, eighth in the 200 freestyle, 10th in the 500 free and second as part of the 800 free relay at the America East Championships… Placed fourth in the 200 fly, 12th in the 200 free, 17th in the 500 free, second as part of the 800 free and eighth as part of the 400 free relays at the GMU Patriot Invitational… Won the 100 free against Binghamton and the 200 free against Marist... Was part of the winning 400 free relay at two dual meets and the 400 medley relay at one during the season… Swam season-best times in the 200 free (1:54.08), 500 free (5:07.32) and 200 fly (2:07.38) at the America East Championships and in the 100 free (54.40) at the Patriot Invite.
Background: A three-time state championships qualifier for Oceanside H.S. in Oceanside, N.Y…. Inducted into the Oceanside High School Hall of Fame…Earned All-County and All-Conference honors in 2005, 2006, and 2007… Also a member of the honor roll.
