2006: Started all 18 games for the Retrievers…ranked second on the team with four goals, eight points and 20 shots…scored the game-winner at Howard…scored the Retrievers’ only two goals during America East Conference play…converted penalty kick against Albany…named team co-Unsung Hero.

 

2005: Saw action in 18 games for the Retrievers, starting four…ranked third on the team with three goals and fourth with six points…scored her first two career goals in 4-0 victory over St. Peter’s…also tallied the first goal in a 2-1 victory over Rider.

 

Background: Participated in the Eastern New York Olympic Development Program for four years…in 2002, her ODP team won the U-16 Surf Cup in San Diego…also competed for the Washingtonville Lady Storm, which was a U-15 Eastern New York State Cup finalist in 2002…four-year varsity team member at Clarkstown South…her Eastchester Patriots team won the U-18 Orange Classic in 2003 and was a State Cup finalist in 2003 and 2004…selected All-Section and All-County as a sophomore…selected All-County and All-League as a senior…also competed in track at Clarkstown South, where she broke the school 800-meter record…parents are Laurie Schwartz and Stan Romoff…has an older brother, Ricky…born on Feb. 8, 1987…majoring in biology and hopes to go into sports medicine or physical therapy.
