 2003 - Led the team in both goals (5) and points (10) as a freshman… Scored two goals in each of UMBC’s wins over Albany and Old Dominion, and was the only Retriever to find the back of the net in UMBC’s first round loss to Maine… Was named to the America East All-Rookie Team.

BACKGROUND - Was her school’s 2003 Athlete of the Year... Voted her team’s MVP in 2000 and 2003... Also lettered in hockey, where she was 2001 MVP... Considers her greatest thrill in sports as winning the Canadian National Championship, in which she scored two goals... Daughter of Sam and Mary DiCarlo... Born on February 13, 1984... Intends to major in Biology (Physiotherapy).
