WOMEN’S LACROSSE ANNOUNCES FALL SCHEDULE

Courtney Martinez Connor announced the Retrievers' fall women's lacrosse schedule.

Baltimore, Md.-UMBC women’s lacrosse head coach Courtney Martinez Connor has announced the Retrievers’ fall schedule, which consists of five events, including four at home at UMBC Stadium.

The team has already kicked off its fall play, with scrimmages against Rikkyo University and local rival Loyola last weekend. Rikkyo is a Japanese university coached by the Japanese World Cup Coach.

The Retriever Tournament is all day Oct. 2, with UMBC hosting Penn State, Ohio, George Washington and Mount St. Mary’s. Two weeks later, the Retrievers will travel to Fairfax, Va., for the George Mason Tournament, all day Oct. 15.

The Retrievers host an alumni game at UMBC Stadium Oct. 22, and the next day, Oct. 23, is the UMBC Round Robin Tournament. UMBC, Ohio State and Duquesne will compete at the event.
