Background: Selected to the All-Baltimore County second team and the Towson Times All-Star second team in 2006… A team captain who was named MVP of her team in 2006… Earned the U.S. Marine Corp Distinguished Athlete Award as a senior… Selected to the Mid-Atlantic Team, the IAAM A-1 All-Star Team, the All-Baltimore County second team, the Towson Times All-Star second team and the Elite 300 All-Star team in 2005… Helped lead her team to the National School Girl Tournament championship… Recipient of the Donald Litz Memorial Lacrosse Scholarship… Also lettered in field hockey and helped lead the Lions to the IAAM B Conference co-championship… Earned the Principal’s Leadership Award in 2006 and the Spirit Award in 2005 and 2006… A physical education honorable mention in 2005… Chose UMBC over George Mason and Longwood because of the coaching staff, academics and family-like atmosphere of the team… Parents are Nancy and Walt Quick… Father played golf at the University of Baltimore… Has two older brothers, Walt and Matt… Born April 9, 1988… A psychology major who hopes to become a nurse.
