2006: Named to the America East all-conference first team… Led the team with 41 goals and 54 points, and added 13 assists… Also picked up 38 ground balls, won 17 draw controls and caused six turnovers… Ranked eighth in the conference in goals per game (2.28) and 10th in points per game (3.00)… Scored 19 goals and 25 points in conference games… Tied for fourth in the conference with 3.17 goals per America East contest and ranked fourth with 4.17 points per league game… Also tied for seventh with 5.83 shots per conference outing… Became the first Retriever to score 50 points since 2003 and teamed with Kelly Fiorani to be the first UMBC teammates with 50 points apiece since 2002… Also was the first Retriever to score 40 or more goals since 2002… Posted multiple points in nine straight games… Played in all 18 games for the Retrievers, starting 17… Scored a career-high five goals, including the game-winner in UMBC’s victory over America East foe Vermont… Tallied a career-best six points on three goals and three assists in the season opener against Howard, then tied it with four goals and two assists at Stony Brook… Posted a hat trick and added an assist for four points against Manahattan… Scored five points on four goals and an assist in UMBC’s upset victory over defending America East champion Boston University and in the Retrievers’ loss to conference rival New Hampshire… Named America East Co-Player of the Week after the game against the Terriers… Tallied the assist on the game-winning goals against American and Stony Brook.

 

2005: Named to the America East all-rookie team… Collected 28 ground balls on the season, second-best on the team… Finished fourth on the team in points (24), assists (7) and shots (60) and fifth in goals (17)… Played in 14 games for the Retrievers, starting nine… Came on strong late in the season, scoring three goals and adding an assist in the win over Stony Brook, which propelled UMBC to the league tournament… Posted a career-best five points on four goals and one assist in the conference semi-final match against nationally ranked Boston University…. Named America East Rookie of the Week on March 28 after scoring three goals, including the game-winner, in the Retrievers’ 14-11 victory over Oregon… Posted four multi-goal games on the season... First career goal and point came at Loyola.

 

Background: Captained her lacrosse team as a senior and received the Unsung Hero award, as well as first-team all-county honors… Also received four letters in basketball and one in field hockey… Was her basketball team’s MVP as a junior… Full name is Mary Allison Levendusky, but prefers to be called “Ali”… Daughter of Mark and Marcie Levendusky… Has a younger brother, J.T…. Born Jan. 18, 1986… Grandfather, Jim Levendusky, played football at Nebraska and with the Green Bay Packers, while her father played football at Widener and her uncle played lacrosse at Towson… Majoring in American studies.
