Background: Was a first-team selection by The Daily Record from 2002-04… Named team MVP in 2003 and 2005… Earned the Lacrosse Metro Scholarship for leadership… Was an Athlete of the Week all four years at Madison… Also lettered in swimming and cross country in high school… Was a member of the Metro Magic Lacrosse Club, the Elite Swim Club and the Peer Development Program… Daughter of Mark and Sue Sweeney… Her mother played field hockey at Kent State and her father played lacrosse at West Chester… Has a younger sister, Shannon… Born May 12, 1987… Majoring in psychology and hopes to become a forensic or clinical psychologist.
