On Libertini: A good communicator who has great speed…will be a team leader on the field.

2005: Started all 15 games for the Retrievers… Collected 10 ground balls and won 10 draw controls on the season… Also caused seven turnovers.

2004: Played in 14 games, starting 12... Picked up five ground balls, won one draw control and caused two turnovers.

2003: Made a successful return to the field, seeing action in every game while scoring her first career goal and picking up 16 ground balls... Notched her first career point with an assist at Wagner... First career goal came against Long Island.

2002: Red-shirted due to a foot injury.

Background: Lettered in five sports at Mount de Sales Academy, including lacrosse, soccer, swimming and indoor and outdoor track and field… Was her school's Athlete of the Year as a senior… For lacrosse, she received second-team all-conference honors as a senior and the Most Improved award during both her sophomore and junior years… Received first-team all-conference honors for soccer as a junior and second-team Baltimore Sun all-city/county as a senior... Was voted her swim and indoor track teams' Unsung Hero… Received the Triple Threat Award all four years of high school for lettering in three varsity sports in one year… Was a National Honor Society member… Also considered Virginia Tech and Connecticut… Daughter of Jim and Sue Libertini… Has two younger sisters, Laura and Ali, and a younger brother, Drew… Laura plays lacrosse at Delaware… Born May 10, 1983… Majoring in psychology with concentration in biology and hopes to become a nurse.
