BACKGROUND: Was a Junior College All-American in 2002 and 2003 as part of the National Championship team… Received Defensive MVP honors at the National Tournament in 2002… Was also selected as MVP during her junior year at Landsdowne HS… Lettered in soccer, basketball, and indoor track as well… Also considered Goucher, Mount St. Mary's and the University of New Haven, but chose UMBC for "its reputation and competitive drive"… Daughter of Charles and RoseAnn Catterton… Born on April 13, 1983… Majoring in American Studies.
